I often use it to create light waves in my hair. I simply twisted it into curls and hid it under a cap.

Liked the cap. Hair doesn't rub against the pillow and doesn't get dirty as quickly. I recommend it for purchase

The sleeping cap is good, it doesn't fall off during sleep, you don't feel it on your head at all, the elastic doesn't press

Good caps, I took them for work and it is comfortable to sleep at night, my hair does not get tangled so much
