How to Use : 1. Fill in sparse areas with a round brush with ligher shade at the start of the brow and darker toward the arch of the brow.
2. Darken the arch and tail of the brow with a sharp brush as if filling in gaps.
3. Blend in the entire brow color with NEW Mix Powder using a round brush.
