Quality is okay. At least the threads aren't sticking out. There's no drawstring because the fabric is thin but stretches well. You can take a size smaller than usual, the pockets are shallow, but the fabric stretches, and thanks to that, you can put even a large smartphone in them. True, when running, its weight might pull the pant leg down or it might slide around and jump out the top. Overall, they are sewn okay.
