The tips do not snap or lock into place. Even when inserted fully, they remain very loose and fall out easily. The internal retention mechanism appears to be broken. Due to the loose connection, the device constantly shows the "Insert Tip", beeps and does not heat up. No response from support. Seems like a waste of money and nothing more. Rubbish.
