the hat is full, it doesn't stay in the quick release - it pops out, in the photo with an elastic band it's normal at the sink and without an elastic band this hat, but it is possible to disassemble and screw it to a different size, I haven't tried it myself, I took precautions and ordered it with a 3/8M thread
