The heel inside is sticking out. It can't be straightened. What should I do? 2000t to the trash. I wanted to give it as a gift, but it's a defective gift.

Thank you very much the boots are very cute they fit in size but are not suitable for our winter we will wear them in autumn

The boots are excellent, but they run small, so I ordered a size up and it's just right for a 39.

For now I don't have the opportunity to measure, I will write back when I have the chance!

Soft and light, a 37 is just right for a 36. I am satisfied. Thank you.

Just right for a 39 foot. They fit perfectly, very comfortable.

Buying the second pair, they are comfortable.
