The product was excellent. The delivery was bad because in your tracking page the delivery was changing constantly and even rolled back... When the product exceeded its estimated delivery date, you changes the next expected date 3 months later, before the warranty period!!! Seeing this, I did not expect to receive it so I bought a lower quality (after all) alternative from local market and the next day I received it after all...! You need to fix your delivery estimation / tracking system or something. It is the worst I have seen. Plus, (this is for your record and if you can change) the local courier you have selected in Greece (ACS) is the worst in Greece since they never deliver at the shipping address but always , ALWAYS at a delivery locker of their choice, unless if you spot their notification quickly and propose a different locker... Not to change to the shipping address... They lock this option... Again, last part is for your info and record, if you can change local courier.
