Product Usage: Adults Recommended Dosage: We recommend starting with 1/2 teaspoon (1 gram) of Natural Vitality Calm® Mind Powder and gradually increasing to 1 1/2 teaspoons (3 grams) per day. Place desired amount of powder in a cup or mug, add 2 to 3 ounces of warm water and allow to fizz. Stir the drink until the powder is completely dissolved, then fill the cup with warm or cold water.
