How to use the product: Place the brush head at a 45-degree angle with the gums so that the bristles are below the gum line. Brush gently along the gum line and move the brush back and forth in short circular motions the width of your teeth. Brush the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces of your teeth. Brush your teeth in turn. To clean the inner surfaces of your front teeth, tilt the brush vertically and swipe up and down several times. Brush for 2 minutes, one quadrant at a time (upper right/left). Top left, bottom right/bottom left) Brush for 30 seconds per quadrant twice a day (or as directed by your dentist or doctor).

Note: Replace your toothbrush every three months, or sooner if the bristles wear out.
