Product usage: Adults, take 1 to 2.5 mL (1/2 teaspoon, 40 drops) per day. Days 1-3: 10 drops per day. Days 4-6: 20 drops per day. For more than 7 days: Take 30 drops per day, taking several drops throughout the day until you reach 40 drops (2.5 ml). This product has a very strong and salty taste. We do not add any flavorings or sweeteners, so we recommend adding them to your drinks to mask the taste. Do not refrigerate. Consuming large amounts of magnesium may cause diarrhea. If you experience diarrhea, reduce the amount per serving. Children 1 to 3 years: Take 1 drop per 5 lbs of body weight. This product is for those on a regular or sodium-restricted diet. Replenish minerals in purified water: Add 20 to 40 drops per gallon to taste (2 to 4 drops per 12 oz). Slight crystals may occur but will not affect product quality. 11
