The product arrived packed in a soft package along with the others. The mop itself is also packed in a thin package. Apparently, as a result of this, deformation and breakage (cracking) occurred in several places. It is all the more disappointing that the mop is well-made All other items in this package arrived in deformed packaging.

Good packaging, all wrapped with tape, but still the handle broke and the tube is bent... a pity... Adding - minuses after use - the handle unscrews constantly, the soft attachment (cloth) is short and keeps trying to slip off. The idea is good, BUT the execution is terrible.

This is the second one I'm using, it's convenient for hard-to-reach places, you don't have to move furniture. It saves my time and energy. Thank you all very much.

I've wanted such a brush for a long time, to get dust from under the sofa and closet. Finally bought it. Very satisfied.
