The shoes are too small I’ve tried to contact joom but can’t !!! I have clicked on my orders then the product I ordered to start return process but no chat or help is available they have my money and I have a product that does not fit I feel I have been scammed treating customers like this is not good business I just want a bigger size !!!!

The shoes were great BUT is it possible that the same shoes can be made with a flat sole no heel ?? If it it at all possible I would like to order that same pair of shoes again BUT as flat shoes like a pair of ballerinas. Thank you for your help Regards Chrissie B

Aside the shoe being to small, the picture clearly shows shoes from the brand Rockfish, while the one arrived is from a different brand and has a strong smell of plastic. Unfortunately I have to return the item.

the shoe's are made of cheap material not leather, I'm so not happy with these and would not recommend this company to anyone, the shoe's will be thrown in the bin

I usually take a 39 but ordered 40 to be on the safe side. The shoes sent are probably a 38. There is no customer support and no way of contacting them Avoid Joom
