Came in a VERY crumpled box, there is a small dent on the bottom, the knob on the lid is missing (and it wasn't in the box either, so they lost it at least at the packaging stage or they slipped in a defective item altogether). If it were for me, it would have already gone back for a refund, but the person for whom this thing was bought was present during unpacking, waited a long time (by the way, yes, the parcel was delayed by more than a week) and clung to this mug like it was her own, it wasn't possible to take it away and complain about the defect. How it is in use, I don't know yet. Whoever buys it as a gift - be prepared that at least the packaging will look like elephants danced on it.
