Hi Can somebody contact me urgently about my order VL2MDMD7. When I plugged the jug in, smoke came from the base and the jug stopped working within 30sec. It appears that a 110V jug was sent and Australia has a 240V power network. Also, the jug was badly damaged...there was no packaging around the product box. Can I either have a refund or the correct product sent. A 220V 1000W jug. This is the only way of contacting you. Nothing else works. I can't find an email address or phone number. The electric kettle is damaged, I'm afraid it will take on water, I cleaned it The electrical outlets are not for Europe, there is a problem, I have been waiting since 03/13/2025.

Excellent kettle, but the problem is it's dangerous for children, the outer casing gets extremely hot, risk of burns

The base of the kettle body was broken. Apparently, it was damaged during transportation. But the money was refunded quickly enough. For this reason, I will give it 4 🌟, instead of one star. Thank you to the support service for help in resolving the issue!
