Flora DHA Flax Oil is a cold-pressed, plant-based source of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) blended with Flora Flax Oil to provide plant-based (algae-derived) DHA. Flora's DHA Flax Oil is made by pressing flax seeds that are carefully selected for flavor and ripeness. All flax seeds are tested to ensure they are gluten free.

How to Use
Shake well before use. Take 1 tablespoon. Take 1 to 3 times daily with meals. For optimal freshness, refrigerate and use within 8 weeks of opening. May be frozen to maintain freshness. Do not heat or use in cooking.
