How to Use: 1.3g of cream per pump, containing 20mg USP Progesterone. This container contains approximately 65 pumps. Massage 1-2 times a day, 1 pump, to areas such as wrists, inner arms, thighs, neck, abdomen, and chest. Massage in turns. For fertile women, use for 14 days before menstruation and stop when menstruation starts. For menopausal women, use for 21 days and stop for 7 days, repeating.
