1. Fold the foot sheet in the pouch in half and cut the top of the sticker with scissors. 2. After wearing it on your foot, remove the sticker from the ring and wrap it around your ankle to fix the adhesive surface. 3. Rest as much as you want for about 1 to 1.5 hours. (Do not use for more than the recommended time as it contains high concentration of AHA ingredients.) 4. Remove the foot sheet and wash it thoroughly so that no contents remain. 5. The dead skin cells on your feet will begin to peel off after 4 to 6 days of use. Do not forcefully peel off the dead skin cells on your feet until they are all naturally peeled off. 6. After 2 weeks, all the dead skin cells on your feet will be peeled off and you will see soft and smooth feet.
