<Excerpt from the book>
"For me, painting is a form of self-expression and an expression of my love for the world. If people don't see my work, I feel unfulfilled, so I decided to fulfill my long-held dream of publishing a collection of my own art..." Haruki Aihara
"This art book is one of the challenges I took on at age 21. For me... it is also a book that declares my determination to live my life as a painter." Haruki Aihara
"We do not look at artworks objectively. The secret to enjoying art is to become one with the artwork as you look at it. HAL's work carries that energy." Tetsuya Miyata (art critic)
"The self-portrait of this cat artist bridges art and self-identity, challenging the viewer to explore the infinite possibilities of self-expression, embrace the transformative nature of existence, and reflect on the constant flow of life through his unique perspective." Lisa Galletti (M.A.D.S Art Gallery Curator)
