This pressure-resistant hose features braided reinforcing threads.
The hose surface is specially treated to keep it smooth and non-sticky.
The black inner hose blocks UV rays and prevents algae growth.
It's soft and cold-resistant, even in cold weather.
Compatible with nozzles with water-stopping functions (size restrictions apply).
Handling Precautions
Use the hose within its operating temperature range and below its maximum operating pressure. Failure to do so may result in fluid leakage, hose disconnection, or hose rupture.
Do not use hoses without a threaded pressure-resistant mark for water-stopping functions.
Please confirm the fluids that the hose can be used with before use. Using an incompatible fluid incorrectly may result in dissolution and rupture, resulting in personal injury or property damage. If you have any questions about the fluids you should use, please consult us in advance.
With the exception of some products, this hose is not suitable for use with drinking water or food-related applications. The hose's odor may transfer to the water, causing discomfort and potentially secondary damage.
{Attaching the Hose}
Do not use a hose that is forcibly bent or twisted. This may result in hose bursting or damage.
When connecting a hose to a nipple, insert it all the way to the base.
{Attaching the Fittings}
Do not use sharp fittings that may cut the inside of the hose, or fittings with scratches or rust on the nipple surface. This may result in hose bursting or the hose coming loose.
When inserting the hose into the nipple's barb portion, do not apply oil to the hose or the barb portion of the nipple, or burn it over a fire. This may result in the hose coming loose. If it is difficult to insert, warm the hose in lukewarm water before inserting it.
When securing the hose to the nipple, tighten the hose clamp so that it is positioned in the center of the barb portion of the nipple. This may damage the hose and cause it to burst.
Tighten the hose clamp as necessary. Please note that the hose will soften, especially at high temperatures.
When removing the hose clamp, do not apply impact with a hammer or other object. Doing so may damage the hose and cause it to burst.
Do not use one-push fittings for tubing. Doing so may cause the hose to burst.
After assembling the hose with the fitting, permanent deformation of the resin may cause fluid leakage, fitting disconnection, or hose bursting. Please consult us regarding the material properties of fitting-type hoses.
Our braided hoses are not bricking-processed like air-specific hoses. Using highly airtight fittings, such as Amac fittings, may cause the hose to break.
{Usage Precautions}
When applying pressure, open and close the valve slowly to avoid applying impact pressure.
Do not use a twisted or bent hose.
Inspect the hose before use. Also, be sure to perform a regular inspection once every month. If any abnormalities are found during inspection, immediately discontinue use and replace with a new hose.
{Storage Precautions}
Drain and store the hose in a cool, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight.
Do not store it in an extremely bent state.
After use, close the valve to release the internal pressure and remove as much residue as possible. Leaving the valve open may result in a liquid leak, so please be sure to follow this precaution.
Do not stack large quantities of hoses when storing or storing them.
Disposal Precautions:
Never burn them.
Dispose of them according to local regulations.
