The quality is very good, and the finishes too. It's just not so easy to put on so that it stays perfect, and it still moves around quite a bit once you sit down. The non-slip material prevents it from falling off, which is good, but it makes it difficult to put on and "adjust the position" once it's on (you have to remove it completely to do it properly). You also need to let the fabric air out for a few days so that it loses the packaging smell. But overall, it's okay.
