Dear Customer Service, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the condition of the Nike trainers I have received. I was quite surprised to receive a product with a level of finishing that, in my opinion, does not meet the quality standards I would expect from a brand such as Nike. I am a footwear designer and work with this type of product on a daily basis, so I am very familiar with footwear construction and quality standards. For this reason, I do not believe that the condition of these trainers reflects the level of quality that Nike intends its customers to receive. As you can see in the attached photographs, there are visible traces of adhesive in several areas of the shoes, both yellow and black. In addition, some of the stitching is defective, with the fabric appearing to be forced and poorly finished. There is also a noticeable asymmetry between the two shoes when they are placed side by side, particularly in the wave-shaped panel on the side. This difference is clearly visible and further indicates a lack of consistency in the manufacturing and finishing process. Considering all of these issues, I would therefore like to request a full refund for my order. I also expect the return shipping costs to be covered by Nike, as the product I received does not meet the expected quality standards and the return is therefore not due to a change of mind or personal preference. The shoes I received do not match the quality and authenticity advertised. As requested by the Joom support team, I am attaching clear photos of the shoes, the labels on both tongues, and the shoe box with the barcode. The photos also include a comparison with an identical pair purchased from an official Nike retailer, showing the differences I observed. These photos are provided as evidence for my ongoing refund request for order 7X836W83.
My son order size 40 shoes, which in the UK is normally considered a size 7 shoe. They arrived and are too small. I tried to initiate a return. The customer service is terrible with a clunky website - messages / chat function buried - nothing communicated by email. I missed my return date - which is back to China. My advice to you all is do not use Joom.

Sole detaching from shoe. Worn 5 times by a 7 year old (5 x 1 hour basketball training, indoor court). Very disappointing. I would like a replacement pair or a refund to purchase a better quality product. Thanks, Cathal.
This production is a fake product. I tried to trace the product number and doesn’t exist. I am Trying to contact the seller but there’s no easy way. I’ll definitely continue to ask for a return and refund.
It is not original but a Chinese counterfeit. Fake Chinese cheap low quality shoe branding as Nike. that too for high price of £65. They have no return option too. cheating people
Very nice, took a while to arrive but was worth it in the end, slight box damage but it is what it is I guess when travelling so far, happy result 👌.
