Dear Joom Support Team, I would like to file a complaint regarding a Nike jacket that I ordered separately and request a return with a full refund. I already own the same jacket in yellow, size L, which fits me perfectly. Based on this, I ordered the same model in black, also in size L. Unfortunately, the black jacket I received is significantly smaller, despite being labeled size L. As shown in the attached photos: • The black jacket is much tighter around the shoulders and chest. • The sleeves and overall length are noticeably shorter. • The fit is clearly different from the yellow jacket and not wearable for me. Due to this size inconsistency, the item does not meet the product description or my reasonable expectations. I would like to return the jacket and receive a full refund.
