It was too small

I gave the shoes as a Christmas gift. They run too small despite the precautions taken when ordering. It is impossible to verify the size on the shoes because it is not marked either inside or underneath. Mediocre quality, you can see the excess glue around the shoes. I want a full refund. I would like to make a free return. I am unable to make my complaint to customer service. Everything is done so that one cannot make a complaint. It's a scam!
