This product recreates the ship's final appearance during the Battle of Leyte Gulf in October 1944.
The figure features the Type 21 radar, which was equipped at the time of completion, as well as two Type 22 radars and a Type 13 radar.
Eighteen single 25mm machine guns and ten 25mm machine guns mounted in turrets at the stern.
Two A6M Zero (three-seat) floatplanes are included.
Two types of decals are included, featuring the naval ensign, the Japanese flag, and aircraft markings.
The 25mm machine gun is available in both a traditional one-piece construction and a more precise two-piece construction.
The two-piece construction of the 25mm machine gun allows for easy painting of the gunmetal barrel and the hull color of the base.
