If you use too little product, you will not get sufficient UV protection. Apply a generous amount and reapply frequently to maintain effectiveness. Reapply after sweating or toweling off.

To remove the product: Use your usual body soap or cleanser, lather well with a body towel or similar item, and rinse off thoroughly.
