This does not affect their use. The ink lines are caused by carbon contained in the transfer paper penetrating deep into the crazing (not visible to the naked eye) and then solidifying within the crazing during firing after drying. This is a symptom that cannot be detected until after firing. This does not affect use, but it looks unattractive and is difficult to remove with boiling or bleach, which are usually effective methods for removing tea stains, due to the solidification caused by firing.
