Makes a delicious single cup of drip coffee. This coffee drip pot features a narrow spout that allows for easy pouring. This allows for precise control over the amount of water used during drip brewing. The wide opening makes it easy to clean.

How to Make a Delicious Single Cup: First, pour in 20cc of hot water and let it steep for about 20 seconds. Then, pour in three separate pours of hot water. The first pour is 80cc, using small circular movements around the center. When the water level has dropped to one-third, pour in a second 40cc pour, and finally pour in 20cc.

About Enjin no Takumi (Tsubame Craftsmen)...Metalworking has been thriving in Tsubame City, Niigata Prefecture, since ancient times. Starting with the processing of soft metals such as copper and brass, which were used for pipes and other items, the industry has evolved into the processing of stainless steel and titanium, which are used for Western-style tableware and kettles. Of these, stainless steel is more rust-resistant and durable, but it is also hard and difficult to work with. Unlike copper, which can be worked with a hammer, stainless steel can only be worked with machines. Tsubame no Takumi are outstanding masterpieces created by skilled artisans in each of the following fields: press processing, spin processing, and polishing.
