Fast 500 Euro paid with shipping and interest Had the giant thing with me on vacation Learned dangers and then it doesn't charge anymore Annoys me in the car Still have to rent a bike for a lot of money on vacation and here you're just sent in circles by the crappy computer after first having to download an app I'm stuck here now and still have no replacement 500 Euros gone nobody cares The stupid app on the phone a broken scooter lying around here which I have to pay off for the next few months The PC says I should send photos of the defect How should it be visible in the photo that the part is not charging I hate that there is no real support and that with a really annoying problem, you are always just forced to download the app and be harassed by the AI. For that, you now have an equally shitty review that matches your customer service and your quality.
