Adults (15 years and older): 1.3g per dose, 8-14 years: 0.65g per dose, 3 times daily after meals or between meals. (The enclosed spoon holds approximately 1.3g when leveled off. Use the leveling plate on the underside of the inner lid.Between meals means 2 to 3 hours after eating.)
