It was too large

Instead of the ordered size S, trousers of size L or XL arrived. The trousers are marked as S, but in reality they are huge. The complaint process is complicated, you can't communicate normally by email, if you don't download the app (I don't want to, my phone is full), you can't communicate with the seller - they offer to send a form from the website, but the confirmation code doesn't work there. They will send it to you, you enter it into the form without delay, but it reports "incorrect code". Tried 6 times. Never again will I buy here.
