It boasts a history and tradition spanning more than a thousand years, making it a representative form of Japanese pottery. It's known as one of the "Six Ancient Kilns," along with Tokoname, Shigaraki, Echizen, Tamba, and Bizen. Microwave and dishwasher safe. Not oven safe.
