This basic set is for creating guardrails, a difficult yet essential item for recreating Japanese landscapes. Clamp a metal plate (approximately 0.1mm thick) between the jig and press the jig in a vise. While pressed, cut the metal plate along the outer periphery of the top of the jig. Loosen the vise and remove the jig to create a standard-sized 1/35 scale beam (rail body). You can create beams (rail body) as many times as you like until the jig breaks. By using metal to create beams (rail body), you can also recreate realistic dents and scratches.
