A-type V-belt pulley wheels are made of aluminum alloy, ensuring stability even at high speeds, effectively suppressing noise and fluctuations, and improving belt operation stability.

Aluminum pulleys are suitable for A-type V-pulley timing belts driven by a motor shaft. Various groove grades are available to meet different speed requirements.

When you receive the pulley, place it over a flame and bake it for 2 minutes. Align the pulley's keyway with the motor shaft, and place a wooden block on the pad to absorb impacts when knocked. Failure to do so may result in damage to the pulley.

Note: Screw holes are not included. There is a keyway at the top of the hole, as long as the hole diameter is the same and the synchronizer wheel diameter matches.
