How To Use

Press the power button briefly to change the mode. Ensure to check the intensity before wearing it on your body. Adjust the head strap to fit your size and ensure it adheres closely to your face. Press and hold the power button to turn off the device, indicated by a sound. (The device will automatically turn off after the recommended usage time of 15 minutes.)
