They offer stronger support than spring collars, allowing for heavier training, and are lighter than standard collars (346g per pair), eliminating the need to weigh them or fuss with them when attaching and detaching. How to Use Quick-Release Collars: Simply attach them to a 50mm barbell and push the stopper in to lock them in place. To release them, press the center knob and lift the stopper to unlock them.
