First of all, I would like to positively highlight that of two items, both much too small, one was immediately refunded via Paypal (T-shirt in ordered size M fits like children's size 128), even though the delivery time of approx. 3-4 weeks is far too long and the quality of the Chinese goods leaves much to be desired, i.e. does not justify the price… However, the other item, which was also significantly too small (see photos: the T-shirt ordered in size XL is placed on a white T-shirt in normal size M for comparison and fits like an S), was not refunded or exchanged after endless, extremely time-consuming back-and-forth communication, as allegedly no proof could be seen in any of my total of 16 (!!!) submitted photos from the most varied perspectives; unfortunately, I must consider this type of "customer service" as a delaying tactic and will now, if necessary, do everything in my power with legal assistance to get back the €15.50 already paid 🤷♂️
