Preparation Instructions: Sauté: Cut the meat, onions, potatoes, and carrots into bite-sized pieces and sauté them well in Ottogi cooking oil. Then add water and boil until the ingredients are completely cooked. Finish: Lower the heat, add the Ottogi Curry powder little by little while stirring to dissolve it completely. Simmer until thickened and serve over rice.

StorageConditions: Store in a cool dark place away from direct sunlight. Store it in a spot away from your stove, oven, or dishwasher. High temperatures can cause the spices to lose their potency and turn the oils rancid. Dark: Direct sunlight or even bright kitchen lights can fade the color (curcumin) and degrade the flavor. A dark pantry or a kitchen cabinet is perfect.
