Upink - Velvet Liquid Eyeliner

A highly adhesive liquid eyeliner that changes to a matte texture.

How to use:

If you are using for the first time or if the color does not come out easily, shake the bottle gently 2-3 times with the cap on, leave it facing down for a few minutes, and then rub the tip of the brush with tissue paper or similar before using.
