It is waterproof and resistant to rubbing, and the beautiful finish lasts for 24 hours.

Comes with a special sponge that allows you to choose the finish depending on the surface you use.

Recommended skin type: normal skin, mixed skin, oily skin.

How to use:

The attached sponge can control the finish depending on the surface to be used.

For full coverage, use the sponge side and apply in short strokes from the center of the face outwards.

Repeat until desired coverage is achieved.

For medium coverage, use the velvet side and apply the foundation from the center of the face outwards in a light glide.

Foundation 109 is recommended when applying with a brush.

Tip: Applying HD Skin Matte Velvet Compact as a face powder on the skin with liquid foundation will give you a perfect matte finish with higher coverage.

Precision Powder Brush 128 is recommended for powder application.

When applied to skin, use the “dot and dust” technique.

1. Place the powder-covered brush on the four areas of your forehead, chin, and both cheeks.

No need to add powder during this time.

2. With your eyes closed, move the brush from your forehead down and from left to right so that it blends in, then apply the powder like a thin veil and you're done.
