Synopsis

A new Kamen Rider story, brought to life by writer-director Hideaki Anno and the finest cast and crew in modern Japan.

[STORY] After being transformed into Battaorg by SHOCKER, an organization that claims to "lead humanity to happiness," Takeshi Hongo betrays the organization and goes on the run with Dr. Hiroshi Midorikawa and his daughter, Ruriko Midorikawa.

Hongo is tormented by the fact that he killed the enemy pursuing him with the power he gained from "prana."

However, after Hiroshi Midorikawa is killed and Ruriko is entrusted to him on his deathbed, he decides to take on the role of Kamen Rider and fight against SHOCKER alongside Ruriko.
