Product usage: Use as a daily moisturizer and sunscreen. Apply 15 minutes before sun exposure and reapply immediately after toweling off after swimming or sweating for 40 minutes. If exposed to sunlight outdoors, reapply at least every two hours. How to protect against sun damage: Regularly use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 15 or higher and limit sun exposure, especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wear a long-sleeved shirt, long pants, a hat, and sunglasses.
