This month's renewal of the 1/700 Waterlines series features three ships: the heavy cruiser Maya, the midget submarine tender Chiyoda, and the destroyer Hatsuharu as originally completed in 1933!

Main guns, machine guns, and shipboard equipment have been newly designed based on historical evidence.

By incorporating numerous sliding mechanisms into the mold, the precision of 1/700 scale is accurately reproduced.

The third Takao-class heavy cruiser, Maya, remains popular today for its majestic appearance and has been remodeled as a 1/700 scale plastic model kit in her refurbished form, equipped with numerous air defense weapons.
