The KNIPEX CoBolt Compact Jointed Cutting Pliers KN 71 02 200 (200 mm) are designed for exceptionally powerful cutting in a compact, easy-to-handle form. Thanks to the special joint design, these pliers deliver very high cutting performance with minimal effort, making them ideal for demanding workshop, construction, and installation tasks.
Precision cutting edges with micro-structured blades support clean, controlled cutting of large cross-sections. The cutting edges are separately induction-hardened to approx. 62 HRC for long service life and reliable performance, even on tough materials. Suitable for cutting bolts, nails, rods, rivets and similar items, these cutters handle a wide range of wire types, including very hard piano wire.
A surface gripping element under the joint allows gripping and pulling wires from Ø 1.0 mm, adding extra versatility on the job. Slim, multi-component grips without a collar improve handling, comfort, and portability, while the large force application surface helps distribute pressure for more comfortable work during repetitive cutting.
