"New Cthulhu Mythos TRPG Malleus Monstrorum Vol. 2: Deity Edition" is a sourcebook for incorporating deities from the diverse Cthulhu Mythos works into "New Cthulhu Mythos TRPG." From well-known deities like Cthulhu, Nyarlathotep, and Yog-Sothoth to rarer deities only found in works not yet released in Japan, this book provides detailed data on over 100 deities (Outer Gods, Great Old Ones, and their incarnations).

Like its sister volume, "New Cthulhu Mythos TRPG Malleus Monstrorum Vol. 1: Creatures," this book is an updated version of the previous sourcebook, "Cthulhu Mythos TRPG Malleus Monstrorum." It is fully compatible with the new edition and the descriptions of each item have been significantly expanded, making it a new sourcebook that goes beyond a simple data conversion and will become an essential sourcebook for the New Cthulhu Mythos TRPG.
