I bought the scooter and after only 40 days of use the charger and the input port broke. Joom is not responsible because it passed the 30-day mark and the seller does not respond to any form of contact, not email, nothing. I had to send it for repair this week, at my own expense, as I have been trying to contact them for over a month. And I had to pay €113 for the repair.
Ordered Roller D8 but received Roller D6, this one is much cheaper and that is fraud. It is also not height-adjustable which was very important to me This is clearly a D6 and not a D8. As can be seen in the picture and on the packaging, it is a D6, just as my order indicates that I ordered a D8.

The scooter arrived in order, well-packaged, and was easy to assemble. It was also pre-charged and my son rode it home (approx. 10 km). However, I couldn't find anywhere that it was the D8 model, the one with the longest range. The manual only lists the D5. How can I find out if it's the D8?? On arrival? Should I try riding until the battery runs out to find out the kilometers, or who can advise me on this? Unfortunately, my son doesn't want it, saying it doesn't have a long range and isn't the one he wanted. 🙈
Seriously bad quality, the tires are mounted crooked, the tread of the tires wears down very quickly, and the front light doesn't work, nor do the suspension. The mudguard falls off.
