Good day, I am requesting a refund for this product because the delivered dress does not match the specified dimensions, description, or photographs on your website.. I ordered size S. According to the size chart, the following measurements are listed for this size: chest circumference 83 cm, hip circumference 91 cm, and total length 94 cm.. However, the actual dimensions of the delivered dress are different. In the chest area, the dress measures approximately 49 cm flat, which is approximately 98 cm in circumference, significantly more than the declared 83 cm. The total length is approximately 97 cm, not 94 cm. Furthermore, the dress is not fitted at all as stated and shown in the product photos. In reality, it is significantly looser and the cut does not match the presented product.. Another fundamental problem is the extremely high slit at the back of the dress, which reaches practically into the intimate area. During normal walking and movement, it does not provide sufficient body coverage, and in this form, the dress is, in my opinion, unsuitable for everyday wear in public. It was not clear from the product photos that the slit was so high.. The goods therefore do not correspond to the declared dimensions, cut, or appearance presented on the website. I am attaching photographs of the actual dimensions as proof.. Therefore, I request that the complaint be accepted and the full purchase price be refunded.. Thank you.
