Designed as a new model, Daiwa Saltiga Star Drag Reel with MAGSEALED BALL BEARING. In the latest series of Daiwa reels, the MAGSEALED BALL BEARING provides even greater corrosion resistance in saltwater environments, with the main bearing sealed with oil. The reel features a precisely machined integrated aluminum frame, offering strength and durability. The compact body design adds to its robustness. Features include: 1 MAGSEALED BALL BEARING (MBB), 7 CRBB, and 1 RB, with a gear ratio of 6.4:1. The spool lock mechanism protects the gears. Custom EVA handle knob. Ultimate Tournament Drag (UTD) capable of up to 15,500 pounds of drag. The aluminum frame and right side plate are machined from a single piece for unparalleled strength. The spool is precision-machined for smooth operation.
