First time used and the hose broke after appr. 15 minutes. Water all over the place and I had to work for a considerable time to clean up the mess. I messaged Joom and got a refund within a short time. This is why I prefer Joom when buying on the internet.

This is useless. There are no instructions and even my techie son-in-law can't get it to connect. Complete waste of time and money. There also doesn't seem to be any way of returning it.

I was surprised as I expected earring, my fault didn’t read the description. The product is very small and the holes to pass the chain are very thin, I think I will not use it,

I received the item in a crumpled/damaged condition, and I am very disappointed. This is not the condition I expected. Could you please advise how we can resolve this issue?

They are not semi cured gel stickers, they are simple and don't require a UV lamp. Disappointed 😞 I was looking specifically for gel stickers that harden under UV lamp.

Wow!!! I'm blown away that this product is true to the look as advertised. It came in time for my sons wedding. Very happy and super cute

not used as yet but they are as described. I use frozen spinach hoping will be perfect for getting rid of excess liquid
