The product was supposed to be delivered to my home address. I gave them the address first in English and then in Hebrew. Joom kept sending me confirmation that it was being sent to my home address. After it did not arrive as promised, I got a notification from the shipper that it was dropped off at a pickup spot, without a notification or phonecall. Since I am not young and no longer drive, this proved to be an inconvenience for me. Definitely not worth a delivery charge, even if not expensive. Please get an honest delivery service in the future.

The headphones play normally, nothing spectacular but okay. The cable winder works a bit clunkily but I think it will loosen up. They paired with the phone. Unfortunately, the microphone is terrible, during phone calls I am heard very poorly, therefore only 3 stars because I cared about calls while driving. Delivery took a bit long.

The fabric feels very cheap and looks like it too. The jacket is thin, definitely not for winter. The sleeves are too short, the rest is much too wide.
