Hello, I am very disappointed with the hoodie I received. The item I received does not match the advertised product in several ways: 1. The hoodie I ordered is black, but the one I received has a washed-out grey/black colour. 2. The Supreme logo in the middle is completely different. The advertised hoodie has a rectangular black patch with the Supreme logo, while the received hoodie only has a printed logo. 3. The advertised hoodie has a brand label inside the hood, but the hoodie I received does not. 4. The advertised hoodie also has a small brand logo on top of the hood, which is completely missing from the item I received. These are not minor differences. The product I received is clearly not the same product as the one advertised and purchased. I have attached photos of both products as evidence. I expect a full refund or a replacement with the exact product shown in the advertisement, at no additional cost. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
